Simon's Drum Video 2008
Many people in our lives have seen this video and know that Simon is an aspiring drummer. But I wanted my blogger friends to see him in action. This video was taken before his 3rd birthday. He turns 4 in December and actually has some serious beat now! I'll try to take a video and show you the latest... My orders haven't kept me as busy, so I'll be posting pics in the meantime;)
Hair Accessories $6 each
These fabric flowers are pretty popular these days. Flower is stitched to thick rubberband and adds a little spice to a "bad hair day."

Little Simon at Pretend City

I haven't really put many pics of my fam on my blog, but I thought it would be neat to post some so you can get to know me a bit. I'll still be sewing, but I'm also busy hanging with my little dude. He's not in PreSchool this year, so we'll be doing some fun things instead. These can be ideas for you mommies out there! These pics are at Pretend City in Irvine. It's brand new and is the BEST place to take children under 5 or 6 (that's just a guess). They have about 15-20 stations of everything you can imagine...from a doctor's office, to post office, to fishery, to a beach, storytime, farm, building, and on and on....If you're in town and you have young children, you HAVE to check this place out! We could have stayed ALL day! I've never seen Simon SO engaged with playing before. He really took the roles on and his independent play has been very creative ever since;)

SALE!
Hi dear bubsies shoppers! Please scroll down the pages and see some sale items. I marked them down to sell them asap. Let me know what you like and I'll pop it in the mail tomorrow! I also have several Tie onesies and Bowtie onesies in 3-6mos that I would love to sell. They are $10 and are a really cute baby boy gift!
Street Fair
Well...the Ladera Street Fair was a good learning lesson for me! Although the sales were not that great, I am thankful I had the chance to get my name out there. You have to try these types of things in order to get business, so I am glad I did it. My sweet (and very generous) friends were the ones who actually bought from me. I am blessed...that's for sure! The pic with the Christmas Tree Quilt is handmade by my mom! We tried to sell it for $100 (well below the price it actually is worth) and it didn't sell either. So, it's up for grabs to you! The price stands at $100 and you are welcome to spread the word to any quilt lovers! Thank you for your support, my sweet friends!
